- **Managerial experience**:We are looking for someone with strong managerial skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of the educational institution
- **Assessment of teaching and learning**:you will regularly evaluate and assess the teaching and learning processes to maintain a high standard of instruction
- **Auditing individual learning plans**: this role involves reviewing and evaluating individual learning plans to ensure they align with educational objectives
- **Assessment involvement**: play a crucial role in leading and participate in academic assessments to evaluate and improve teaching methods
- **Learning walks**:you will conduct regular walks throughout the campus to oversee and support effective teaching practices
- **Timetable coordination**:your responsibility will include efficiently creating and managing timetables to ensure optimal use of available resources
- **Responsibilities as a duty manager**: you will oversee daily campus operations and promptly address any issues that arise

- Hold a Level 3 vocational qualification or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role, while feeling confident in your ability to complete responsibilities mentioned above
- Previous experience in a further education college
