Established 30 years ago, Ardens is a leading sourcer and supplier of continental biscuits and bakery products from across Europe to key UK retailers. We are looking for an Administrator to join our finance team. The role is between 22.5-25 hours per week, 3 full days or hours can be split over 5 days.

**The Role**
- Raising sales invoices.
- Resolving internal and external invoice queries.
- Posting and allocating bank receipts.
- Monthly customer statements.
- Credit Control.
- Providing support to the Finance Department with adhoc administration tasks.
- Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System and financial controls and policies to ensure that all work is handled securely, professionally and diligently and in line with company policies and audit standards.
**Skills & Experience**
- Good organisational skills with ability to multi-task ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- IT literate, with understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A can do attitude with the ability to learn on the job & use their initiative.
**Hybrid Role - flexibility to be discussed at interview**
£19,000 - £22,000 based on fulltime equivalent, pro-rata to be based on agreed hours.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coventry, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Coventry, West Midlands
