A Customer Success Executive is required to join a fast growing software company based in Bracknell. The Customer Success Executive role is varied, exciting and will evolve as you become an integral part of the team, working in a fast paced environment.

**The Package**

**The Role**
- Provide software support for users
- Onboard and train new customers
- Fulfil new contracts and manage customer accounts
- Work with sales managers to effectively retain and grow customers
- Test software across multiple devices and platforms
- Liaise with other teams to solve issues and action feedback

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about customer service and delivering friendly, professional support
- Tech-savvy problem solver with a knack of picking things up and running with them
- Positive and empathetic
- Driven, pro-active individual who is interested in more than a 'typical' office job
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
