**Description**

As our Senior Brand Marketing Executive, you will join our ever-growing brand marketing team and work alongside the Brand Marketing Executive to lead the planning, execution of strategy, and relationships with all of our external, 3rd party brand partners. You will need to be a fantastic communicator (written and verbal), have a solid understanding of UK culture and trends and be able to manage a myriad of projects at once.

Being our Senior Brand Marketing Executive has a range of differing responsibilities including full autonomy over certain brand relationships (Nike, adidas, Converse to name a few), managing a 6 figure annual budget and individual budgets per brand, briefing in campaigns for 30+ brands, managing 60+ campaigns per year, jointly managing our Marketing Assistant and working to secure talent for campaigns alongside brands.

**The Team**

You will sit within the brand marketing team who are responsible for all campaigns, brand relationships, own brand and women’s specific marketing.

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will have weekly meetings to discuss ongoing workload and goal setting. You will also have the opportunity for quarterly meetings with Head of Marketing to discuss longer term strategy and goal setting. Alongside the role will also be opportunities to work under different members of the team at different times.

**About You**

We are looking for someone with the relevant level of experience and background. The role will require a high level of organisation, communication and creative flair.

Knowledge of different consumers’ is vital with trends, cultural moments, and social media also key.
- Be self motivated and have an ability to problem solve
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
- Good knowledge of UK culture (music, gaming, internet, etc)
- Good knowledge of fashion culture and Footasylum consumer
- Experience working in retail marketing or brand would be preferred.
- Have strong creative flair and bring new ideas to the table
- Be passionate about consumers and trends
