**Description**

As a Marketing Executive, you will join our ever growing Marketing Team within the Footasylum. You will be responsible for all seasonal Footasylum marketing campaigns including Christmas, Summer and Back To School, You will also be jointly responsible for booking OOH, leading on junior marketing category & leading on product featured through our social channels.

Working within the Marketing Team demands a range of responsibilities including collaborating and communicating with multiple business functions (buying, merchandising, creative, studio, ecommerce, etc), working on creative briefs for campaigns, working alongside Head of Marketing on OOH bookings, attending photoshoots (creative and YouTube) and reporting on campaign performance.

**The Team**

The Brand team functions as a part of the larger Marketing department, working closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure seasonal campaigns show up as best in class.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will have weekly meetings to discuss ongoing workload and goal setting. You will also have the opportunity for quarterly meetings to discuss longer term strategy and goal setting.

Our goal is to create an environment in which you can learn new skills, gain experience in existing ones and improve your knowledge of the consumer continually. You will be supported in your journey and will be pushed to take on new challenges and expand your knowledge.

The job is a 3 and 2 model, with three days in the office (or studio/shoots) and 2 days at home

A perfect opportunity for someone with 2+years in experience in a marketing role now looking to challenge themselves and take the next steps in their career. You will lead on projects but have a senior leadership team around you to support. We expect a high level of autonomy in the role, a self starter

We are looking for someone to bring energy, passion and experience into the role. A good understand of current UK culture and fashion trends is a must.

To be successful in this role you will need to be comfortable presenting and managing multiple projects at once. Experience working under pressure is preferred.

A good communicator (both verbally and written) is key with a solid understanding of basic Microsoft tools (teams, Office, Outlook, etc).
