**The Role**
- Engaging with applicants to ensure effective collation of evidence and recording of important financial and impact information at each stage, ensuring project is compliant with grant conditions.
- Maintaining contact lists and databases.
- Day to day administrative support.

**Essential Criteria**
- Experienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel and previous use of IT, records management and/or database systems
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to deal with sensitive information in a confidential manner and an understanding of how GDPR is relevant within this role
- Experience of minute taking and meeting administration
- Knowledge and understanding of grant-giving schemes or funds
- To be efficient and accurate in record keeping and competent with figures
