**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organisation of the business, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.
- Support various departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, kitchen, and front desk as needed, showcasing your versatility and teamwork.
- Aid in setting up for events, conferences, and special occasions, paying close attention to detail to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest enquiries and requests with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hygiene, safety and quality throughout the facility.

**Qualifications**:

- Enthusiasm for delivering top-notch customer service and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in a hospitality setting is a plus, but not required.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
