**Key responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities:

- Provide admin support to the senior management team, completing daily timesheets, supporting with monthly expense submissions and general admin support.
- Support the social team with community events.
- Welcoming visitors to the company.
- Setting up and clearing boardrooms to ensure meetings run smoothly.
- Ordering of general perishable stock items and when necessary, client lunches.
- Sort any incoming mail and parcels.
- Booking couriers or taxi’s when required.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing to the right person in the company.
- Monitor room bookings via diary system.
- Arrange any internal First Aid/Defib training sessions and monitor the First Aid boxes to ensure they have in-date contents.
- Assist with the annual submission to the IPA on continuous professional development by issuing invites and tracking attendance of internal training sessions. Running monthly reports to ensure that staff are recording CPD time and maintaining a central record of appraisal dates and images or photos taken during training events.

You will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, speaking to all levels of people over the phone and in person.
