**Digital Learning Developer - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Hybrid (Accrington) or Remote Working Available - £25,000 p.a. plus benefits**
**The Role - Digital Learning Developer**
We are currently looking for a Digital Learning Developer to join our Learning & Development team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
The purpose of the role is to support all colleague learning by delivering highly creative digital content including video learning, interactive e-learning and animation as directed by the L&D Annual Plan.
**Daily responsibilities include**:
**Content Development**:
- Develop high quality digital learning content using Articulate 360 software according to the L&D Annual Plan covering topics including but not limited to: Induction, Technical Processes / System Usage, Product Knowledge, Compliance & Soft Skills
- Creative innovative video based learning and support materials using Vyond software
- Create ad hoc innovative graphics, guides, visuals and other assets as directed by Line Manager
- Consult with functional Subject Matter Experts across all business sectors, regions and departments to ensure all content is in line with business needs and learning objectives
**Learning Management System**:
- Ensure all learning content is correctly uploaded and assigned to the required learners through the LMS
- Develop and manage methods to evaluate training effectiveness against learning objectives and ROI through the LMS as directed
- Develop and compile reports on training completion, compliance and learning effectiveness as agreed with Line Manager
- Support the administration function of the LMS as required
**Learning and Development Function**:
- Supporting the annual L&D plan with agreed project and delivery work
- Attendance at meetings as required by L&D Manager
- Keeping up to date with developments in Learning and Development
- Supporting the L&D Communications Plan
**Skills needed**
We are looking for a Digital Learning Developer with the following skills, experience and attributes to be successful in this role:
**Qualifications / Experience**:
- Experience of developing high quality digital learning content preferably using Articulate 360 software
- Experience of working in a Learning & Development departments or similar
- Experience of working with a Learning Management System
**Knowledge / Skills**:
- Able to develop effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Confident presenter
- Good project management skills
- Have the ability to use a number of Microsoft Office packages
- Full UK driving license with the ability to travel as required
