Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain & Logistics you would be supporting the dispatch of our fabrics on behalf of our international clients. I.e.,
- Issuing correct paperwork for international shipments - must be aware of incoterms and have experience in international shipping
- Overseeing bi-weekly EU and other ad-hoc international departures
- Obtaining international and domestic carriage costs, focusing on balancing commercial and service requirements
- Arranging dispatches from both UK & NL hubs
- Administering inbound freight including negotiating prices, booking and continual progress monitoring and subsequent communication to internal stakeholders
- Providing collection / delivery updates to Customer Service / BDMs / Export Agents et al.
- Investigating missing / delayed items
- Entering claims
- Booking consignments on various courier portals & software
- Customer focused approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to use own initiative and problem solve.
- Highly organised.
- Able to navigate bespoke software/ databases.

Core hours of work are: 37.5 hours per week between 8.30 am and 5 pm. Monday to Friday, (early Finish Friday 3 pm)
