Shipping/Logistics and Order Processing Clerk
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Overview: We are seeking a Shipping/Logistics and Order Processing Clerk to join our clients team within the next four weeks. This role involves efficiently managing daily shipments through various logistics partners, overseeing B2B portal management, processing sales orders using Microsoft Navision, and maintaining effective communication with our sales partners.
Input and process sales orders accurately into our Microsoft Navision system.
* Keep sales partners informed about order status, shipment updates, and any issues.
* Resolve any shipping or logistics issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Assist in inventory management and stock control as needed.
* Collaborate with the purchasing team to coordinate incoming shipments and inventory replenishment.
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or order processing roles preferred.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Navision or similar ERP systems for order processing.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
* Problem-solving skills to address shipping or order-related issues effectively.
* Familiarity with B2B portals and online order management platforms is advantageous.
* Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
