**The work will be based at the Castlemill Serviced offices Tipton, West Midlands**

**Kelly Healthcare Services Limited is currently looking for a Highly skilled professional administrative assistant to help and support with all the administrative duties of the company and accompany the operations/Service Managers to carry out assessments, typing, uploading documents, completing service users satisfaction surveys, supporting staff with the care Management software that is being used by the Company to record patient information, supporting staff with care policies as well as other Admin duties as assigned.**

**They will also have a fair good knowledge of the Care Management software system used by the Company to support care delivery and work effectively with the care staff and relatives. Training will be provided.**
- **Microsoft Office 365**: good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and good knowledge of the use Microsoft teams is essential.
- Be able to work **independently and as part of a team**
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Good organisation and typing skills and experience in Admin work and duties in the UK.
- Should be proficient in data entry of client/staff profile into the company Care Management software system and fully support the carers with this and taking the views of relatives and families into account.

The office is a none smoking area.
