Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is the thriving heart of the local community. Comprising Wirral’s only Emergency Department, it is one of the biggest and busiest acute NHS trusts in the North West. Providing a comprehensive range of high-quality acute care services, serving a population of about 400,000 people across Wirral, Ellesmere Port, Neston, North Wales, and the wider North West footprint. Based in 4 locations Arrowe Park Hospital, Clatterbridge Hospital, and Wirral Women and Children's Hospital.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Provide administrative support to the Team
- Provide a professional, proactive, and responsive service to programme and project stakeholders across the organisation and the wider health and care economy.
- Support Senior Managers engaging with project stakeholders across a range of project, business change and improvement tasks and activities.
- Responsible for ensuring that project workbooks are maintained and accurately reflect project activity and progress against milestones. This includes professional and effective engagement with project and milestone leads to obtain and collate project progress updates.
- Liaison with project leads to update monthly project highlight reports.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous admin experience
- Previous NHS experinece
- NHS System Knowledge
- ESR
- Minute taking skills
- Diary management skills/ experience
- This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience._
