_JSS finance have been exclusively engaged with a high growth, NASDAQ listed E-commerce business, who following a recent structural change, the need for an Interim Finance Manager has arisen._
- Based in Buckinghamshire, the Senior Finance Manager will support the Group Finance Director with monthly financial analysis & commentary, board packs, ownership of CAM (capital asset management) process, budgeting & forecasting, and standardisationof financial best practice across the UK and Irish operations._

Role overview:

- Support the month end process by analysing trends, key movements and provide commentary on material variances
- Take ownership of producing monthly and quarterly packs summarising financial performance across all channels and business streams
- Completion and review of balance sheet reconciliations with risks and opportunities identified and actions to mitigate
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance and making recommendations for improvement where appropriate
- Interpret and advise on complex financial information. Ensuring information is understood, updated and provided on time to drive business performance
- Own the CAM (capital asset management) process by updating financial trackers, producing business cases for new land acquisitions and rationalising spend against budget
- Support the accounting for any acquisitions & help manage integration within existing systems & processes
- Ensure that all the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation
- To plan, develop and implement the Finance team operating procedures (and policies)
- To support internal and external audits
- Lead and manage the yearly budgeting, monthly forecasting process and modelling tools to support strategic initiatives
- Support other teams within and outside finance to create a great working environment and one that drives and recognises high performance

Your profile:

- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with decent levels of PQE or relatable experience
- Previous experience of finance transformation
- Advanced Excel skills (Macros not essential)
- Experience of preparing board packs or financial performance packs for senior management
- Proven ability to influence at Senior and Board level, both in both written and verbal skills
- Experience of ERP implementation desirable
