We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development of customer-focused propositions and oversee the entire product lifecycle. Additionally, you will manage and uphold Snap’s Product Management Framework (PMF), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering impactful outcomes for both customers and the business.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 17:30 pm
Oversee and maintain the Snap Product Management Framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and delivering positive outcomes for customers and the business.
Collaborate with the Commercial team to evaluate, prioritise, and integrate valuable ideas and feedback into the product roadmap.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, positioning the business to proactively adapt and stay ahead.
Contribute to product delivery and customer experience initiatives, including regulatory documentation, customer communications, product marketing, and operational processes.
Partner with the Change team, providing input and prioritisation for projects where you act as the Accountable Executive.

Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience as a Senior Product Manager / HOF Products in a regulated financial services business where your responsibilities included managing financial products (as bought by customers) and the firms' Product Management Framework
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for financial products, including Consumer Duty and CONC regulations.
