We are located on the ground floor, just adjacent to Waitrose.

**Pay**: £12/ hour

**Job Purpose**:
Food preparation and service, and dealing directly with customers greeting and offering a great customer service, suggesting and upselling our products. The role involves extensive food preparation such as ingredients preps, assembling dishes, helping with deliveries, ensuring enough stock, and keeping all working areas organised and clean.

To support and assist the Site Manager in the daily operations of the store. Helping to ensure that the store areas are professionally managed/ organised and a high degree of customer care, quality, cost control and revenue maximisation is achieved.

**What qualities are we seeking?**
- You have 2 years customer-facing experience
- Previous Management / Supervisory experience
- One of the most important attribute we are looking for is PERSONALITY - You'll be brimming with passion and energy.
- You will inspire, lead and develop your team.
- You are confident, customer obsessed and excited by the opportunity to deliver the Japan Centre experience to our guests.
- You have an undiminished desire to drive sales
