**Food and Beverage Supervisor**

**About the venue**

Our 3 Silver Star boutique hotel is located in the heart of the Cotswolds, and has beautiful interiors. We pride ourselves in great customer service, and we believe in going the extra miles for our customers, in our product knowledge, food and drink offerings.

We have two dining experiences and both run on our 2-rosette menu using locally source product where possible, our Brasserie is more of a finer dinning and the more relaxed Jockey bar is all table service, but with has the relax feel of a country bar.

We run a busy bar which specialities in bespoke cocktails and we have many fun toys for our bar team to use (once trained), like our Bubble Smoke Gin or our barrel aged spirits to add the wow factor to cocktailsWe also have an extensive spirit, wine and drinks list and we are always looking for the next thing to excel our drink offering.

**Individual Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Duty Management
- Training is give in First Aid and Fire Marshall
- Supervision of Breakfast Team - make sure adhere to Standards of Service
- Assist the Brasserie Manager to maintain the Brasserie standards of service
- Supervise the Brasserie in the absence of the Manager
- Training and development of your team members
- Assisting the bar team when required and adhering to the Bar Managers standards
- Management of F&B and service in line with other F&B Managers and Supervisors
- Stock and ordering within F&B department
- Personal training and development, including;
- Cocktail training
- Food and wine training
- Duty Management
- Departmental Job Chats

**The Package**
- Up to £30,000 / year
- Pension scheme

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- F&B Supervisor: 2 years (required)
- Supervising experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
