My client has an opening for an experienced front of house team member to take on the role of F&B Supervisor of the restaurant and events team members at a 4 star country house hotel in Broadway. The business has a busy 2 rosette restaurant, public bar and solid a weddings and events business. The salary package for this position is £34-£35k per annum (including tips) and accommodation is available.

The successful applicant will have at least 2 years experience working in a fine dining environment either as a supervisor or maitre'd hotel; or be a strong waiter/waitress looking for their first management position. The basic starting salary is £30,000 per annum, rising to £31,500 per annum after 3 months, plus tronc of £3-4000 per annum which is paid monthly. You will have 28 days paid annual leave and standard workplace pension contribution.
