**Hours**: 9 - 5 Monday to Friday

**contract**: 2 - 3 months contract with possible extension

Hybrid working is offered - office based 2, max 3 days per week but flexible

Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator/Secretary to join their team based in Liverpool city centre. This is a brilliant opportunity to expand your administrative skill set, the client is Ideally looking for a graduate, however this is not essential.

**Duties include**:

- Organising meetings
- preparing agenda
- chasing staff member to get documents signed via docu sign
- general administrative duties
**Essential**:

- Good knowledge of Legislation
- Governance experience
- knowledge of Higher Education Sector
**What we are looking for**:

- someone with strong administrator/secretary background
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willing to learn and expand knowledge
- Positive attitude

**Necessary ID**:
" passport OR (Birth cert AND driving licence)
" proof of address such as bills or bank statements
" proof of NI such as p45, p60 or letter from HMRC.
" confirmation that you have not been outside of the UK for more than 6 months in the last 3 years.

If you were selected for interview then a first video call would be arranged, if that goes well a second interview in person would then be set up. They are looking for an ASAP start.
