We are looking to recruit an **experienced bookkeeper** to work at our East Coast office in Gorleston.

**Overview**

As a bookkeeper working for Stephenson Smart, your role will involve:

- Processing client transactions using various bookkeeping software in line with UK GAAP (Xero, Quickbooks and Sage)
- Utilising data capture software such as DEXT for efficient transaction processing
- Preparing client VAT Returns
- Ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction
- Working with other accounts team members to ensure joined up service and "one team" approach
- Being prepared to cover other contracts in the event of holiday or absence
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks, as required
