Job Summary: Experienced Accountant required to prepare accounts, VAT returns, and corporation tax returns. Key responsibilities include bookkeeping for clients using Xero and QuickBooks, invoicing services, tax planning, payroll processing, and compliance work for filing at Companies House and HMRC.


  • Prepare accurate financial statements, manage client ledgers, and ensure timely submissions of VAT returns and corporation tax returns.
  • Utilize Xero and QuickBooks to maintain client accounts, track expenses, and provide financial insights.
  • Invoice clients promptly for services rendered and additional work undertaken.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize financial performance.
  • Process payroll for clients with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain working knowledge of accounting systems, software, and regulatory requirements.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum


Requirements: Proven experience in Finance Assistants/Managers, Accounts Assistants/Managers, or Bookkeepers.
