**Duties**:

- Supervise and lead a team of contractors.
- Invoicing of jobs.
- Maintain repair schedules.
- Liaise with both tenants and landlords
- Property inspections

**Skills**:

- Experience in property management (minimum 2 years)
- Full driving licence.
- Computer literate, (word & excel in particular)
- Able to work as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £20,000.00-£59,485.23 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
