We are currently seeking a highly motivated, customer focused **Housekeeping Supervisor **with fantastic attention to detail to work within our Accommodation Services Team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £32,162 / annual salary based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £28,662, plus a qualified estimate of £3,500 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

**Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- You’ll assist and supervise your own mighty team of Housekeeping Attendants, ensuring appropriate coverage of all rooms according to business demand
- Attending and participating in daily and monthly departmental meetings, you’ll have a key role in the set up and service of the hotel, maintaining and continually improving our standards and the quality of our service, always exceeding our guest expectations
- You’ll meticulously inspect all VIP rooms and suites, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ensuring operating costs are managed effectively, you’ll have responsibility for stock take completion and stock ordering in the most organised and efficient ways
- Always warm and thoughtful, you and your team will make sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly, effectively and professionally
- You’ll check all areas before, during and at the end of each shift, ensuring our sky-high standards are maintained; you’ll also carry out daily maintenance and cleanliness checks across all areas of both guest and colleague facing areas
- Leading from the front, developing your team, you’ll expertly manage performance discussions with your team of Housekeeping Attendants and Porters
- Sharing key operational information with our Housekeeping Coordinator and supporting your team members, ensuring an effective and efficient handover of any outstanding issue to the next team on shift
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

- Ideally, you have strong previous experience within a similar role, ideally within the Hospitality industry
- Your attitude and approach are always fresh; no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you, to your guest it’s the first time
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
