Bytefetch Ltd is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking General Admin Assistant to join our team. Our industry is fast-paced and will be going through a period of rapid change; we are looking for the right person to join us on that journey.

You must be accurate and reliable in handling accounts and documents, with a friendly and approachable personality.

This role is varied and covers a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

- Knowledge of Accounts an advantage
- Deal with telephone calls/ queries
- Maintain, process and/or update records and other documents
- Schedule or assist in scheduling appointments/ engineer visits
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Check progress on orders with suppliers
- General administration duties
- Upcoming projects
- Raising sales invoice and credit notes
- Must be able to adapt to the use of non-standard systems, standalone databases and bespoke packages
- Send reminders for payments and contact customers when needed

**Person Specification**

Good communication skills are essential and must be able to work on own initiative
Must have experience in a similar role

Excellent telephone manner and good written communication

Excellent skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Ability to multitask and deal with changing priorities

Attention to detail

Must be IT literate

Customer focused

Quick to learn

Keen to progress within the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
