**Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Customer Services Executive to join our Customer Services team located in the UK.**

**What you will be doing**:
As a Customer Services Executive, you will be the crucial link between our products and the customers who need them. You will manage customer orders and resolve issues promptly, ensuring world-class service standards. Your role involves:

- Creating new accounts following Good Distribution Practice and TV-SOP-01381.
- Ensuring compliance for exporting controlled drugs outside the UK with valid licences.
- Addressing UK & Ireland patient demand proactively and managing stock availability issues.
- Collaborating with 3PL partners to resolve day-to-day issues and improving delivery processes.

What impact you will also have:
In addition to managing orders, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction:

- Ensuring daily operations comply with Sarbanes Oxley controls.
- Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently, maintaining end-to-end ownership.
- Supporting worldwide customer surveys to understand and meet customer needs better.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve service processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, vital for being the customer's first point of contact.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external partners.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
