**About the Role**:
Are you an experienced Recruitment Compliance and Onboarding lead, specialising in recruitment Onboarding, Pre-Employment Screening, Right to Work, Security & Vetting, and/or Immigration?

Anchor are seeking an experienced Senior Onboarding Advisor to support a small team in providing an outstanding end-to-end onboarding process across People Services.

**Key Accountabilities**:
You will be responsible for all Visa compliance and Governance, ensuring we’re legally compliant in UK legislation pertaining to UK Law and Immigration guidelines. You’ll manage the pre-employment Screening, Right to Work, Visa and Onboarding activities, ensuring appropriate controls are in place to mitigate risk, ensuring all SLA’s and KPI’s are met.

You’ll advise on legislation changes that affect contracts of employment and ensure all pre-employment checks are in line with government requirements. You’ll lead all continuous improvement across onboarding, reviewing that controls are fit for purpose and resolve escalations and incidents. You'll also be an expert user of the Sponsorship Management System. It is essential that you have the following:

- 2 years minimum experience preferably in a healthcare recruitment compliance role
- Understanding of recruitment regulatory requirements, particularly Visa Compliance & Governance, DBS, CQC and UKVI
- The ability to coach team members
- Effective communication skills - both written and verbal

Your background is from Pre-employment (background screening), and you have excellent UK Immigration knowledge, experienced in Onboarding and RTW. You enjoy and succeed in team leadership, and you’re ambitious with the desire and ability to play a significant role in continuing that growth. You can manage demanding time frames and constructively challenge the status quo in the spirit of continuous improvement, striving to exceed personal and team performance.

The role offers a hybrid and flexible working approach, a mix of office working in our Bradford office (currently 2 days per week) and the rest home working.

Our standard working week is 37.5 hours.
