If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Onboarding Advisor

About you

We hire a lot of amazing new talent every month at Anchor, so we’re looking for an Onboarding Advisor who’s used to high volume and able to manage a busy and varied workload for all our new colleagues to have the best onboarding experience possible

To be successful in this role you’ll already have onboarding/recruitment administrative experience in a shared service/customer contact centre environment. You’ll also be familiar with using an ATS for managing recruitment and onboarding processes.

It would be great if you also have:

- Effective communication skills - both written and verbal
- Awareness of the workings of the HR department and familiarity with its overall services.
- Experience with Right to Work and DBS regulations, processes, and procedures.

The role offers a hybrid and flexible working approach, a mix of office working in our Bradford office (currently 2 days per week) and the rest home working.

Our standard working week is 37.5 hours.
