This is an exciting opportunity to join the Quality Improvement (QI) Team at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The team has an excellent reputation for supporting and helping to improve patient care across the organisation. The post holder will support the QI team in the marketing, communications, reputation management and stakeholder engagement for North East London, internally and externally.

The post holder will also support with the coordination and administration of the QI training programme and project coordination.

**You will be expected to**:

- Work with the QI Service, Head of Culture, Head of Engagement and Communication, Communications Officer, Integrated Care Lead Divisional Senior
- Work with stakeholders and members of the team to deliver proactive communications activity, including award opportunities, newsletters, social media activity etc.
- Support the QI team by creating presentations and correspondence for events, as necessary
- Support the development and implementation of communication plans, in accordance with the agreed priorities of the team
- Work with communications colleagues at partner organisations to develop joint communications plans and shared approaches to projects, understanding the organisational and political pressures for all partners
- Update the website with content on a regular basis
- Forward planning communications activity
- Creating content for social media and linking with partner organisations to increase engagement and partnership working
- Support in the evaluation of communications activities
- Have a good understanding about all QI projects and programmes to enable communications support to be provided in a timely and knowledgeable manner
- Support with the coordination of the QI training programme
- Support the coordination of project activity.
