Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Support Worker with Central Bedfordshire Council. The role will be based in a Children's home in Biggleswade.

This is an exciting opportunity and the role will include
- To assess, plan and provide physical, social and emotional care for children with disabilities.
- To care for children and to contribute to the resolution of the problems and needs they present.
- To undertake a key-working role and attend Child In Need meetings, School reviews, Behaviour Support meetings, Looked After Children Reviews and be fully responsible for ensuring client files are regularly audited and up-dated.
- To be responsible for the booking in, administration, ordering and safe storage of medication the young people who access our service, this may include attending/supporting health appointments as necessary.
- To liaise with other agencies including, health, education and the social work team in order to provide a holistic approach to supporting the young people and their families.
