**Your Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Support Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the commercial team in all aspects of the commercial process, from initial client engagement to closing deals. You will have the chance to gain broad exposure to the company and make a meaningful contribution to the growth of this crucial area for Fifty. Plus, you'll get to expand your network and learn from a seasoned and successful team of media experts. **Your Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the commercial team, preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining accurate client records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of commercial strategies and client campaigns
- Build and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services and be able to effectively communicate these to clients
- Act as a liaison between the commercial team and other departments, ensuring that all commercial-related information is communicated accurately and effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our CRM (Hubspot)
- Supporting the team with industry-based research and providing recommendations for new industries

**Your Essential Skills**
- A passion for sales and marketing and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the role
- Eagerness and ability to thrive in a scale-up environment that rapidly changes
- Demonstrates good personal organisation
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Confidence to recommend new processes or practices

**Your Extra Skills**
- Previous experience in a support or administrative role
- Understanding of the digital media marketing industry
- Use of CRM system, Hubspot

**Your Salary**
