High level responsibilities include:
**Production of space designs, management of CADM move management software, AutoCAD drawings and desk reservation app. Oversee all moves, changes and general office requests.**

Detailed responsibilities include:

- Oversee all aspects of moves and changes, including:

- Space planning using AutoCAD software - Producing concept drawings and furniture layouts, as and when required
- Small construction and project works
- Furniture procurement
- Allocation of storage and filing, including management of keys
- Space allocation and area measurements
- Liaising with department heads, contractors and IT teams to ensure a seamless approach to internal moves
- Ownership of move management software, ensuring seating plans are always current
- The production of monthly reports for management information purposes
- New starters process
- Desk reservation software
- Support the Senior Director of International Facilities and wider team with all ad hoc requests for information and tasks across the international portfolio
- Assist with internal events, including furniture changes, catering, set up and down etc.
- Liaising with Landlord service providers, including the attending of occupier meetings to ensure the highest standards of services are provided
- Raising facilities related requisitions and purchase orders
- Assistance with collating planned maintenance documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Managing ad-hoc contractors as and when required
- Liaison with subtenants on premises related items
- Assistance with health and safety documentation, including the production and upkeep of building information packs
- Fulfil any additional ad hoc duties as and when required to meet the needs of the business

Essential skills:

- Experienced in AutoCAD software, including producing furniture layouts and schema drawings for office facilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- NEBOSH health and safety certification
- Ability to take ownership of move management and desk reservation software, including implementation and ongoing operational responsibilities

Desirable skills and experience:

- Previous experience working for a corporate organisation is desirable
- Previous experience managing internal moves and changes and small project works is preferred
- Previous working experience with move management software and other facilities systems would be an advantage
