A privately owned specialist Property Asset Management firm are seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team based in London.

As a business they pride themselves in offering the highest standard of service to their prestigious clients and occupiers across Central London.

This position will be based on-site at one of their flagship central London office buildings. You will also be responsible for the oversight of other commercial multi-let properties across their Central London portfolio.

Key Facilities Manager responsibilities:

- Health & Safety, technical services, soft services, building fabric, service charges, occupier fit outs and other projects.
- Responsible for the on-site FM team, delivering a high standard of customer service with both occupiers and clients.
- Management of the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme and assist with the tender process and liaise consultants, contractors and occupiers throughout the works.
- Ensure all services are provided for the full and effective operation go the building in accordance with the lease (directed by the Asset Manager).
- Utilise inspection software to regularly inspect buildings.
- Oversee the occupier fault reporting on day to day issues, monitor reactive performance levels.
- Assist the Asset Manager in the provision of formal written reports and attend clients meetings. In addition assistance with Wayleave Agreements a Licenses to Alter.
- On-going proactive management of energy and sustainability initiatives.

Key Facilities Manager requirements:

- Proven Commercial Facilities Management experience.
- IOSH qualification is essential (NEBOSH is desirable).
- Membership of IWFM or other body.
- Excellent client and customer facing skills.
- Good understanding of M&E systems and the RICS Code of Practice for Service Charges.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of property management software systems.
- Positive attitude to continual development and learning.

Salary £45,000 - £53,000 per annum + discretionary bonus and pension.

Based on-site in Central London
