**Job description**

NRC Services are based in Sheffield and have 5 divisions, Building, Painting, Cleaning, Mechanical and Electrical with a supportive administration department. NRC work throughout the UK offering a full turnkey service.

We are looking to recruit an Administrator that will work at our head office for approximately 20 hours per week.

This role would be suited to someone with existing administration experience and confidence, looking for their next challenge.

Day to day tasks will consist of:

- Typing up job quotes
- Typing up RAMS and Construction Phase Plans
- Entering time sheets onto our accounting software
- Raising and entering purchase invoices using our tracker system
- Raising job numbers along with work orders
- Keeping Managers folders/jobs up to date on the server
- Answering telephone and dealing with enquires.
- Help with chasing Aged Debt.
- Covering Reception
- Taking minutes of divisional team meetings
- Monitoring divisional training matrix and organising training/DBS checks

**Essential**
- Good understanding of Microsoft Packages
- Confident telephone manner
- Good computer skills
- Able to work to own initiative
- Understanding of accounts process

**Desirable**
- Experience with Sage suite of products (Line 50, Payroll etc)
- Experience of Health and Safety documentation

Working 20 hours per week Monday - Friday - working hours can be discussed.
