As a support worker, you will have be working with service users, providing essential support to individuals that need it most. You will be supporting these individuals to achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest, all whilst building and maintaining strong and meaningful rapports with all of your service users.
No previous experience is required as we provide a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing support to all of our staff. All that we ask is that you have a passion to help others, a positive attitude, willingness to learn and want to make a positive impact on the community.
We offer competitive rates of pay including double pay on bank holidays (ranging from 11 to 24 pound an hour), 28 days annual leave, paid travel, ongoing training and access to store discounts through the Blue Light Card Scheme.
