We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Park & Playground Installations Manager**to join us based **across North England.** You will join us on a **full-time, permanent basis,** and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary plus a benefits package.**

Our products include playground equipment, park/urban furniture, and sports equipment. As our **Park & Playground Installations Manager**, your role will be to:
- Management of Play Park, Outdoor Fitness and Sport Areas installation
- Co-Ordination of, and monitoring HAGS’ sub-contractor network for quality and competency throughout installation, to ensure company brand service levels and standards are maintained
- Proactive reporting to Head of Contracts to ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual invoicing targets are exceeded, resulting from project management activities through initial inception to practical completion

**What you’ll do as our Park & Playground Installations Manager**:
- Carry out Prestart meetings on every scheme
- Handover schemes with Play Inspection Sign Off
- Provide daily updates to the Client, Area Sales Manager and Head of Contracts
- Liaise with sub-contractors and make regular visits to site during the build phase to monitor progress against programme and check installation quality.
- Ensure all deliveries are monitored to meet planned start dates and any issues are communicated as early as possible.
- Ensure all issues or progress visits are photographed and Site visit report is completed and forwarded to the Client, Area Manager and Head of Contracts within 24 hours.
- To produce site specific Health and Safety documentation and check compliance on site.
- Aid other departments with site surveys and installation advice.
- Liaise with the Contracts Coordinators daily
- Participate in team meetings
- Ensure all missing part and warranty claims are closed out within 28 days
- All snags/defects closed out within 7 days of Site completion
- Selection of images of every completed scheme passed to UK Sales & Marketing Coordinator
