My client is the UK Head Office of a major, International, specialist manufacturer with numerous sites across the UK & Ireland.

Due to continued growth in headcount, and new projects about to come on stream, the need has been identified for a positive, professional and experienced administration professional to join the HR team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be part of an established and friendly team that pride themselves on working together and having a high level of respect across the organisation for the quality, accuracy and speed of their work.

Working in the team your role & duties will be varied and you will received support and training where required. You will also have access to the business's flexible work policy (ideally 60% office based).

You will be involved in supporting all areas of the HR team's work including:
- General HR administration
Recruitment & onboarding
Learning & development record keeping
Maintaining employee records
Maintain HR process records
Assisting with HR & People related projects
Ad hoc admi & reporting
