**Being a Clinical Administrator at St Wilfrid’s**

We are looking for a Clinical Administrator to support the smooth running of the Clinical Administration Team on a bank contract. This role involves clinical administrative tasks, ensuring that all patient-related information including new patient referrals are maintained accurately. The Clinical Administration Team support all clinical areas of the Hospice including the Living Well Centre and Family Services Team.

The successful applicant must have exceptional IT skills, with the ability to extract data from conversations and documents with sensitivity and confidence in dealing with all levels of people. Our Clinical Administrators also take the minutes at clinical team meetings.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- OCR / RSA Level 3 or equivalent workplace based clinical administrative experience
- Knowledge of software programmes including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of clinical databases
- Experience working within a busy medical environment and use of medical terminology
- Experience using SystmOne
- An understanding of palliative care
- Right to work in the UK

Pay: £11.71-£12.86 per hour
