We’re looking for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our team at Sarah Cannon Research Institute. This role is vital in proving support to the clinical teams coordinating the care of patients within the facility.

**What you’ll do**:
- To be the point of contact for all SCRI patients relating to their pathway of care including providing information about appointments
- To work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting the clinical teams
- To provide expertise in the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring the entire pathway is managed smoothly
- Support any service development projects involving patient pathways and touchpoints with SCRI as required
- Escalate patient pathway issues to the appropriate clinical teams for support and management without delay
- Act as a backup for other Admin Teams within SCRI as required
**What you’ll bring**:
- Previous experience within a similar role in healthcare is essential
- Previous scheduling experience within a healthcare setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
