Administrative Assistant

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual wanting to take the next steps in their career at our Merthyr Tydfil office. Working within our business support team they will be providing support to our accounting teams across our six offices as well as being the first point of contact for clients via the phone or face to face.

Duties could include:

- Answering and directing telephone calls from clients and colleagues
- Maintaining digital and hard copy storage systems
- Data entry
- Creation of reports
- Carrying out Firm approved policies and procedures

Working with a team on a shared workload that includes:

- Supporting our accounting teams with administrative tasks
- Sending, receiving and recording internal and external communications
- Completing and filing official government forms to deadlines

Experience required:

- Administrative experience
- Experience within a office environment
- Experience of independent working as part of a team
- GCSE English at Grade C or above
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and motivated
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
