**Facilities and help-desk coordinator**
Permanent, full time in the office. 8am-4.30pm

**Duties;**
- sorting and delivering post
- managing incoming facilities queries
- Create security passes for visitors
- Liaise with teams to co-ordinate building maintenance
- Assisting with events - setting them up
