Sodexo have an exciting opportunity for a number of **Helpdesk Operators** to join our new, **high profile, **contract based in** **_Swindon_**.**

Come and join our Services Centre team and be a part of the excellent customer experience property helpdesk.

**To succeed, you'll need to have**:

- Excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, good communications and literacy skills.
- Previous experience of providing helpdesk or call centre service, developing productive working relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Shift pattern**:The operator will be required to work 3 days between Friday and Tuesday
each week. They will be expected to work either of the 3 rotational shift
patterns that currently exist dependant on business needs.
