Active Pathways are currently recruiting for compassionate Part-time Administrator to join our Mental Health Rehabilitation Services based within Chorley. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the team ensuring the individuals we support can live as independently as possible. You will ensure high quality administration for Evermore Care Services.

**Our ideal Administrator will**:

- Exceptional confidence and knowledge within Excel, Microsoft Word and Teams.
- Have the proven ability to organise, prioritise and plan your work to deadlines with the ability to update the wider team with your progress.
- Experience of working within a busy office environment.
- To work in conjunction with Evermore Care Ltd value-based behaviours and competency framework and to participate in the services Champions Model Framework.
- To support the local management team with pivotal administrative duties.

**Desired experience**:

- Maintain the Services Health and Safety Checks and documentation, booking relevant training for the support and managerial staff at the service and tracking and obtaining onboarding documentation for new recruits.
- Provide secretarial, administrative, finance and HR support to the service.
- Having outstanding communication skills with a ‘above and beyond’ can so attitude.
