We are currently looking for an experienced **Claims Handler** to join our team.

**The Job**
As a Claims Handler, you’ll play a key role in managing and monitoring claims, ensuring no leakage occurs and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Convert clients who have been involved in accidents into our credit hire, repair and personal injury processes
- Take prompt action on new claims within agreed SLAs
- Ensure claims adhere to department guidelines, current case law and broker requirements
- Instruct engineers and bodyshops, collecting necessary reports and invoices to progress with each claim
- Handle discussions, negotiation, and letters of claim regarding liability.
**What You Need**
- Management experience in a similar role
- Expertise in recoveries within a credit hire organisation
- Knowledge of motor and complex claims handing
- Familiarity with industry guidelines and case law
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work in a team environment as well as self-driven
