**Support with Accounts**
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Process invoices and payments.

**General Administration**
- Liaise with all personnel, answering phones and managing shared mailboxes and calendars
- Calls and lead generation as well as converting leads into meetings and/or quotations
- Purchasing - Small item purchasing and assisting with obtaining quotes
- General admin such as filing and printing

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£25,500.00 per year

- Adobe Acrobat: 1 year (preferred)
