We are looking for an Admin Clerk to join a rapidly growing Highway Surfacing and Civil Engineering business.
- Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
- Answering phone calls and rerouting to the appropriate office, as necessary
- Scheduling meetings, training programmes,
- Operating and managing office equipment such as the printer, copier and shredder
- Filing company documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Performing data entry tasks when needed, completing external supplier documents
- Help with office management and organisation processes.
- Assisting management with miscellaneous tasks

- Excellent communication skills and comfort communicating with high-level staff
- Dedicated work ethic and collaborative spirit to help the team and organization meet its goals
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Proactive approach to work and self-starter attitude
- Curiosity and desire to learn about the industry

**Preferred qualifications**
- Flexibility and adaptability in both schedule and work style
- Fast typing skills and bookkeeping experience
- Adaptability to new situations and work methods
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects
- Experience in a client
- or customer-facing role

**Hours of work**

Monday - Friday 9am -5pm

**Salary**

Attractive Salary above minimum wage dependent on experience
