Logistics Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join an established Transport & Scheduling team to support with a variety of administration tasks including fleet maintenance and route planning.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
To assist with the administration of daily supply chain processes including, but not limited too:

- Routing and logistics support and cover
- Maintaining logistics KPI data in a monthly dashboard
- Updating and maintaining stock levels in remote depots (stock counts, BBE dates)
- Action daily stocks onto remote depot stock spreadsheets
- Liaising with the Sales Team to maintain a high level of service for van deliveries
- Update the WMS where required
- General administration duties to support the business needs
- Daily driver queries
- Fleet Maintenance (van services, repairs, breakdowns)

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in logistics/stock/route planning is preferable but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent MS Suite experience, particularly Excel
- Good organisational and administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to self-manage and prioritise workload
