**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and run diverse therapeutic activities for service users with mental health concerns.
- Coordinate group activities, workshops, and individual sessions to address specific therapeutic goals.
- Conduct assessments to tailor activities for mental health recovery based on individual needs.
- Regularly review and adjust activity plans based on individual progress and feedback.
- Work closely with mental health professionals to integrate therapeutic goals into activity planning.
- Provide insights to the clinical team regarding individual progress and engagement in activities.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, activity plans, and progress notes.
- Generate reports for the clinical team to contribute to comprehensive care planning.
- Be aware of and responsive to service users' mental health needs, offering support and referrals.
- Assist in crisis intervention and collaborate with the clinical team for a holistic approach.
- Foster connections with community resources for a variety of activities and support networks.
- Organise community outings to promote social integration and reduce mental health stigma.
- Support service users to socialise in the local community, providing transport and diverse activities.
- Facilitate activities initiatives by SLS Subsidiaries.
- Provide material for social media.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in mental health activity coordination.
- Provide education and training on therapeutic activities in mental health recovery.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create a supportive care environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall development of mental health programmes.
- Be non-judgemental, forward-thinking, and passionate about mental health.
- Possess empathy, reliability, and trustworthiness, demonstrating patience and positivity in their consistent care for residents.
- Have a good understanding of mental illness gained through work, volunteering or personal experience.
- Have good communication, organisational and IT skills
- Be highly motivated and committed to improving our service users’ experience
- Have Full Driving Licence
- Have access to a car
