The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Facade Project Coordinator who will be accountable to the company Directors for the successful execution of projects.

The Coordinator will manage client relationships and oversee project management activities, ensuring that project controls are established, monitored, and reported effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee production activities
  • Manage contract values ranging from £1m to £6m
  • Report directly to the Construction Director
  • Develop and implement strategies to align with regional business objectives
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to foster a motivated workforce
  • Ensure all plans are developed and executed to meet financial targets
  • Identify and manage project risks effectively
  • Maintain accurate financial performance records
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies for all staff and subcontractors

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in project management
  • Expertise in external wall insulation, render, and cladding
  • Experience with façade refurbishment projects in occupied buildings
