Barnardo's is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Supporter Services team as a Supporter Services Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the effective and efficient administration of our fundraising teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with teams across the organization to implement changes that benefit our supporters and fundraising teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party service providers who support various fundraising activities throughout the year.
- Manage and analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize supporter engagement.
- Communicate effectively with supporters through various channels, ensuring a high level of service and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, data analysis, and communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
