We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, compassionate healthcare workers to join our team supporting a client that lives within the GL7 area. Our client is due to attend Scrubditch Care Farm near Cirencester on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday between 10am and 3pm and needs support each day to attend.

On other days there will be hours to support our client within her own home. The parents have an active role in supporting carers within the role and will have a plan of activities for you to do during your visit, including but not limited to; cooking, gardening, time in outdoor space, or anything involving arts & crafts.
- Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks, as well as spending time doing what the client enjoys the most within home hours
- Assisting with activities whilst at Scrubditch Farm
- Completing Care Report Notes applicable to your visit

**To be successful you will need**:

- A minimum of 6 months paid previous experience as a Professional Carer
- Excellent communication skills
- Driver’s licence
- Good professional and personal references

- Six months’ professional experience in care such as a care assistant, domiciliary carer, support worker, personal healthcare assistant, care worker or in a similar position is required as part of our compliance process._
